Terms and Conditions  Your experience eGift Card expires 3 years from date of purchase.  We recommend you contact the studio soon after receipt to register yourself as the owner.  Register your eGift Card by either calling milner studios on 0430 425 866 or by completing the online registration form.

As the whole studio including the photographer is reserved just for you, a $50 booking deposit is required to secure a date and time in our diary when you book your photoshoot experience.  This booking deposit is non-refundable.

If less than 3 days notice is provided for cancellation or postponement of a scheduled appointment, a $50 re-booking deposit will apply.  The booking deposit can be either deducted from any orders placed or refunded to you at your reveal and selecting appointment, which ever you prefer.

You must present your eGift Card at your photoshoot with milner studios.

The eGift Card is not redeemable for cash or resale and may only be used as described.  eGift Cards cannot be used to purchase another eGift Card.

Milner Studios reserve to right to void any eGift Card that appears to have been defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way.  Treat your eGift Card like cash.  We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from lost or stolen cards or redeem codes, or for use without permission.  Lost or stolen eGift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.

When booking a photography session you agree to abide by the terms and conditions stated on this website. Please read through these before coming to the studio, as they contain important information.
